It does not have to be this way. I hear this often. It can feel uncomfortable, scary and sometimes even shameful and sinful.

What I have learned is that being a sexual woman is not shameful. Guilt and shame are learned responses which are taught to girls and women in order to control them. The act of sex is suppose to lead to feeling of being loved, joyous and free. You can learn to feel that way for the rest of your life. I want to help you be courageous enough to overcome your past conditioning and help you achieve your highest sexual potential. This is your birthright.

Over the last ten years, I have devoted my professional life to research on female sexuality and the factors that promotes lack of sexual desire. Today, I want to offer you the necessary skills you were never taught for you to be able to identify and express your sexual needs. I want to help you realize that sex is not a taboo topic, and that talking about sex can lead you to experience greater sexual pleasure.
